To prepare these succulent cornish hens: brine overnight, inject with garlicky compound butter, season with a homemade savory poultry rub and fill with a honeycrisp apple, cranberry, fresh herbs and sausage cornbread stuffing.
To cook: baste intermittently and prepare to perfection atop cedar wood planks at 225°F of indirect heat inside your Twin Eagles Outdoor Gas Grill.
