Twin Eagles partner Heartbeet Kitchen’s grilled brussels sprouts
If you’ve never tried crispy, smoky grilled brussels sprouts on the stalk, they just might be your latest obsession. Read on for the easy recipe from Twin Eagles Partner Amanda Paa of Heartbeet Kitchen.
Wrap the stalk of brussels sprouts in foil after drizzling with olive oil and your spices of choice + salt. Set your Twin Eagles grill to medium heat, about 375ºF, and let them roast in the foil for about 45 minutes over indirect heat. In the foil, they’ll cook from the inside out.
Remove the foil, baste with more olive oil, and put directly over flames to char the outer leaves, rotating the stalk as you go.
Cut off the stalk and enjoy with flaky salt or a good dipping sauce.
